In 2021 the decision was made to start Olde Oaks Beef to provide the consumer direct access to Premium Quality Angus Beef custom processed by USDA approved facilities. All of the beef sold by Olde Oaks Beef is locally raised from Angus genetics and sound ranching practices including rotational grazing and stress-free handling that helps lead to happier cattle and tender beef!
